NASI GORENG... NASI GORENG

Spadaaa Tralala……

Today I want to talk about Fried Rice or Nasi Goreng in Bahasa.
This is Food that very common in my country, I cook it every week, sometimes 2-3 times a week, it is sooo simple. And I cook it bcoz i have remain rice from last night, hahaaha sound funny right. But i think most moms in my country doing that.
Now I will bring you back to History of Nasi Goreng, Actually even you can find Fried Rice very easy in every Restaurant and Street Foods in Indonesia but fried rice was born in China, and Tionghoa people (We used to call Chinese People living in Indonesia as Tionghoa) bring it to Indonesia by Trading tht happened since 4000 BC.
But nowadays you can find Nasi goreng with some Indonesian taste, even in east jawa, it is very famous as Nasi Goreng Jawa.
So everyone, Bcoz i am very often to cook Nasi Goreng, i will show you some of the results



For Ingredients I used to fry garlic and shallot, after smell good i will add rice in it, I usually also add with Instan fried rice flavour, my favorite brand is Sajiku. I used one sachet Sajiku for 4x fried rice. and my favorite part for Nasi goreng is making Sunny side Egg, hehe and also enjoying it. I used to make sunny side egg that shud be yolk keeping inside so when im enjoying it, i will see the yolk lava drip from inside.
