SUNDAY TRAGEDY

I have bad mood, so I cook.. then I feel better -Potatoehoney-
Today I have bad luck. I will tell bit details. I have online shop producing shawls and accessories, I made that shawls and I also have some supliers who give details pattern and material. 3 days ago there was my customer (this is her 3rd order) that requested me for square shawls, I only made square shawls by request and she requested 12 shawls, as I informed that I will try to searched the patterns that she wanted but I cant guarantee that we still have that patterns.

So I went to my suplier and order that patterns, there was 3 patterns that sold out and I bought some other pattern to complete it. Then I took photo of that shawls and sent her. I told her that 3 patterns was sold out so I give another pattern with similar colors and size. She keep asking me about the sold out patterns and even asked another new patterns, I reminded her about the shawls that she requested and finally after asking and chats alot, she said she cancel it. Well everyone, can you feel wht I am feeling. Yeah maybe I make wrong desicion about request pattern that I should ask my customer to pay down payment for make them consistent. But it is ok, I did not shout her but YES I blacklisted her and say in polite way to not buy to me again. And after I feel bad for my lost buying square shawl that quite hard to sell, I really feel bad. Then I decide to cook.

People say that you need good mood to cooking, but I think that quote is not for me. Here I present my "bad mood changed into good foods "

I dont really care about this would add some fat in my body, as long as I eat in proper portion and feel happy, then I will make my body happy too. Agree?

Last week I got Cross fit Class (sponsored by L'occitane), and after worked out we got delious desserts and drinks. The surprised thing that this desserts is gluten free and contain less sugar, how?
so they using natural sweetener, for example sweet potato, About gluten free I will talk about it another time. So I think it is possible if we can replace our delicious dessert with another delicious and healthy dessert.

Yummy and healthy...

I AM A SHOES LOVER

"You can't buy happiness, But you can buy a shoes "
When I was kid, i always have bling eyes everytime im passing shoes store, but my mom would never buy me shoes before my shoes broken. I also wear the same shoes to school, and it usually take around one year then it damage and she will buy me another shoes for school.

First time I got job, I bought my first own money shoes. it was felt great, and then I started to buy it almost every month. But i didnt buy branded shoes, it is too expensive for me since I dont have a good wardrobe to keep my shoes.

If you checking my Instagram, beside i posted photos of foods, I have some photos of shoes selfie, hehe thats just an expression of how I love shoes.
I will share about types of shoes based on the shoes i have, but actually i dont have complete shoes type, for this i will try to google it

  • BALLERINA FLAT SHOES

Inspired by ballet slipper, this type having a flat heel, closed toe, and a slipper-style construction, ballerina flats are typically low-cut, but nowadays people impove it into only Flatshoes and having a lot types of cut. my favorite cut shud covering my fingers feet ^^

My pink ballerina shoes, Bought from COTTON ON
  • WEDGES

Taken from Wikipedia: Wedge boots, wedgies or lifties are shoes and boots with a sole in the form of a wedge so that one piece of material, normally rubber, serves as both the sole and the heel. The design dates back to ancient Greece.
For me Wedges is much much comfort and also push confident without feeling pain in our feet

My wedges, bought from AMANTE
  • CLOGS
Clogs are a type of shoes made in part or completely from wood .

My clogs from SELITTOES (www.selittoes-shoes.com )
  • SNEAKER
Sneaker is a synonim for “athletic shoes,”. Additionally, in recent years, sneakers have come to be used for casual everyday activities. The term describes a type of footwear with a flexible sole made of rubber or synthetic material and an upper part made of leather or canvas. Examples include athletic footwear such as: basketball shoes, tennis shoes, cross trainers and other shoes worn for specific sports.

My fave Sneaker, bought from CONVERSE
  • FLIP FLOP SANDALS
Flip-flops (also called sandal) are a type of open-toed sandal typically worn in casual situations, such as outside or at the beach. They consist of a flat sole held loosely on the foot by a Y-shaped strap that passes between the first and second toes and around either side of the foot. They may also be held to the foot with a single strap over the top of the foot rather than a thong. The name “flip-flop” originated because of the sound that is made by slapping between the sole of the foot and the floor when walking. But nowadays people made flip flops not only for  go to beach, but also they made various flip flops so it looks more bling and uncasual.

My bling bling flip flop from STEFANIA BALDO
  • FLATFORM
According to dailymai.co.uk,  The flatform is not to be confused with the wedge, which has an incline, tipping the foot at a slight angle, or the platform, which generally has a stubby toe and a high heel. No, as its name suggests flatforms are very flat — like Norfolk — and are also very, very high.
These shoes were first seen on the catwalk at Prada last September
  • My flatform from SELITTOES
  • BOOTS
Universal foot ware for harsh environments, made from leather or rubber. Boots is suitable to wear in a country tht having winter season, bcoz it has good protection to cold weather

My boots, from a vintage shop in Singapore

  • HIGH HEELS
is footwear that raises the heel of the wearer's foot significantly higher than the toes.

My high heels from MARIE CLAIRE

Actually there are a lot types of shoes, and what i write here just some of them, i can say that my fave types of shoes. Maybe some other time I will write another types.

Anyway it is already 1 am, I need to sleep..

STORY OF MUSHROOM

" Friends are sometimes like a MUSHROOMS,  They spring up in "
Today I want to talk about Mushroom.
Mushrooms are fungi, commonly placed in the vegetable category for dietary recommendations, but actually mushroom not a vegetable based on their cellular organization and composition. So maybe people need to re-evaluate food groupings and health benefits in the context of three separate food kingdoms: Plants/ botany, animal/ zoology and fungi/ mycology.
Anyway rather than talking about mushroom's history, I want to talk bout it's Nutrients:

  • Mushroom are good source of B vitamins, such as niacin, riboflavin and panthothenic acid, which help to provide energy by breaking down proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, B vitamins also play an important role in the nervous system.
  • Mushrooms are also a source of important minerals; Selenium that works as an antioxidant to protect body cells from damage that might lead to heart disease, some cancers and other disease. It is also has been found to be important for the immune system and fertile in men, beside Selenium, mushroom also contain Copper to helps make red blood cells, which carry oxygen throughout the body. Copper also helps keep bones and nerves healthy. Potassium is an important mineral many people dont get enough of it. It aids in the maintainance of normal fluids and mineral balance, which helps control blood pressure.
  • Beta-glucans, found in numerous mushroom species, have shown marked immunity stimulating effect, contribute to resistance against allergies and may also participate in physiological processes related to the metabolism of fats and sugar in the human body
  • Mushroom are low in calories, fat free, cholesterol free and very low in sodium. Like all fruits and vegetables, mushroom are naturally gluten free.
And now i will give you how to cook a very nice mushroom, I called it as STIR FRIED MUSHROOM with BABY POKCHOY
